When a call to your phone goes unanswered, HighSMS automatically sends a customizable text to the caller — like "Hey, I missed your call! How can I help you?" If the caller replies and AI auto-reply is enabled, the AI continues the conversation automatically. Never lose a lead to a missed call again.

When enabled, HighSMS automatically detects opt-out keywords (STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE) and blocks further messages to that number. When they text START, they're resubscribed. You can customize the opt-out footer text per device.

HighSMS monitors your opt-out rate in a 24-hour rolling window. If more than 5% of recipients reply STOP, sending is automatically paused to protect your number from carrier spam flags. Once the rate drops below 3%, sending resumes automatically. This only kicks in after you've sent 1,000+ messages.

Yes. All message content is end-to-end encrypted with AES-256 between your phone and the server. Your encryption key never leaves your device — it's set once via QR code and never transmitted over the network.
