Two-Way Conversations
Whenever someone replies to an SMS sent from your phone, their reply shows up in your Inbox. Click any conversation to see the full thread — your messages on the right, theirs on the left. Type a reply and hit Send to respond through the same device and number.
New messages and delivery statuses appear instantly — no need to refresh the page.
Pausing AI for a Conversation
If you have AI auto-reply turned on but want to handle a specific conversation yourself, you can disable AI for that contact directly from the conversation header. The AI stays on for everyone else.
