Filtering Messages
Use the filters at the top to narrow down by:
- Direction — inbound or outbound
- Status — queued, sent, delivered, or failed
- Phone number — search for a specific contact
- Device — see messages from a particular phone
Message Statuses
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Queued | Message is waiting to be sent |
| Sent | Your phone sent it to the carrier |
| Delivered | Carrier confirmed the recipient received it |
| Failed | Couldn't send — device offline, invalid number, etc. |
All statuses update in real time, so you always see the latest state.
