If you send the same type of message often — appointment reminders, welcome texts, seasonal offers — save it as a template so you don't have to rewrite it every time.
Creating a Template
Go to Templates in the sidebar, click New Template, give it a name like "Appointment Reminder" or "Flash Sale", write the message body, and save. You'll see a live phone preview on the right as you type.
Personalization
Templates support {{name}}, {{phone}}, {{email}}, and any custom variables you've created. You can also add spintax — it randomizes per recipient each time the template is used.
Where You Can Use Them
- Send page — pick a template from the toolbar instead of typing from scratch
- Campaigns — select a template when creating a new campaign
- API — pass a
template_idinstead of a message body
