Campaigns let you send one message to hundreds or thousands of contacts at once — perfect for promotions, announcements, appointment reminders, or re-engagement.
Creating a Campaign
- Go to Campaigns and click New Campaign
- Select a Contact Group (you'll need to create a group first)
- Choose which device and SIM to send from
- Write your message or pick a saved template
- Set a Send Interval (minimum 5 seconds between messages)
- Click Send Now, or toggle scheduling to send later
Scheduling & Recurring Campaigns
Need to send the same campaign every week? Toggle scheduling, pick a date and time, then set it to repeat daily, weekly, or monthly. You can set an end date or let it run indefinitely.
Personalization
Make each message feel personal. Use {{name}}, {{phone}}, or any custom variable to insert contact-specific details. Combine with spintax so every recipient gets a slightly different message.
Tracking Progress
Once a campaign is running, you can watch progress in real time — total recipients, sent, delivered, and failed counts all update live.
